The music is another important thing. If you don’t play music at your party, it will seem quiet and lifeless. Even if your party is a fancy work party, quiet classical music is always an option. If your party is a cool dancing party, birthday party, or anything that isn’t a fancy party, i would play the latest hits. Don’t play your music too loud, or you won’t be able to hear yourself think, but don’t play it to soft either you don’t want people dancing to LMFAO to be sitting down. Overall, you should play the music that is the “in” music for you and whoever you are inviting to your party.
The food is another thing that is important to a party. If you don’t have food, then your guests will become hungry. if you don’t have a wide variety of food, then some people might not like the certain food at your party. Food is an important factor at a party, especially a birthday party. The reason it is special at a birthday party is because, usually a cake is a casualty at a birthday party. Anad the last time i checked, Cake is a food. Anyways, the important thing is that you NEED to have food at your party.

AT the party, make sure you have some music, good food, fun games, or at least some kind of entertainment. if you’ve set a day for the party, check up on the weather first. make sure its not rainy or humid or an excessive heat warning.if your party is on a bad day plan it another day. if your party can’t be on another day then i have no other suggestions other than to cancel it. you need to have enough food for everybody even if they might not be coming get enough food for everybody. if your going to a restaurant or a fun place like jump street, or laser tag or any where that is not your house then inviting a lot of people would only work if you made them pay or you were rich, so limit who you invite.
So who are you planning on inviting to your party? If you’re planning on making invites from scratch then you have to include who, what, when, where, why, and a number so that they can R.S.V.P to your party. If you are buying invites from a store then completely ignore everything I just said.
Who or what is this party is this party for? When and where are you planning on having your party? Why are you throwing this party? These are 5 important questions when it comes to planning parties. Is your party for a certain holiday like easter or 4th of July? is it for a birthday? Is it for an anniversary? On what day and what time are going to have your party? Choosing your party theme. Pretty much the easiest part of planning a party. Your theme should be easy, and fun for everyone. So, how do you choose the right theme for your party? Go online to google or any other website that shows you tons of party themes. choose a fun and easy party theme then send me an email clearly stating what party theme you chose.
